Missed and Cancelled Appointments Policy
Appointment Scheduling
Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time for sessions.
Appointments can be scheduled through various means, including phone calls, emails, or online booking systems, as available.
Missed Appointments
A missed appointment is defined as any scheduled session that a client fails to attend without prior notification or cancellation. Or not attending an event without prior notification or cancelation.
In the event of a missed appointment, or event, the client will not be eligible for a refund as outlined in the “Payment and Cancellation” section of the Mentoring Contract, and/or the “Terms and Conditions” for events booked online, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Exceptions to the missed appointment fee may include emergencies, sudden illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control, subject to my discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least two working days' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made within the two working day period prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged at the full appointment rate, or full event ticket price rate.
For sessions booked via the website, it is the client’s responsibility to cancel or reschedule bookings from their account.
For sessions booked externally to the website, it is the clients are responsible for contacting me directly to cancel or reschedule appointments within the specified timeframe.
Communication:
Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes to their appointment schedule via email to living-in-full-bloom@outlook.com as soon as possible to avoid missed appointments or cancellation fees.
I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Exceptions
Exceptions to the missed appointment and cancellation policy can be made at my discretion like in cases of emergencies, extenuating circumstances, or where the client's well-being is at risk.
Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns or difficulties with adhering to the appointment schedule with me to explore possible solutions or accommodations.
This missed and cancelled appointments policy is designed to ensure efficient scheduling and to respect the time of both clients and therapists. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with this policy and to communicate openly with their therapist regarding any questions or concerns.
