Practical Magic: A Witch’s Evening of Spell work, Sisterhood & Celebration Step into a world of enchantment inspired by the heart and bonds of film Practical Magic. Whether you come solo or with your coven, you’ll be welcomed into a sacred space of creativity, connection and ritual. Your journey includes: • Arrival & Open Circle Ground into the space, set your intention, and call in the magic of the circle. • Spell Jar Workshop Craft a personalised spell jar to manifest your deepest desires, using crystals, herbs and focused intention. • Afternoon Pause Enjoy a little downtime with tea, friendly chatter. • Broom Adornment Ritual Transform a full sized witch’s broom into your personal talisman with ribbons, charms, dried flowers and herbs. • Dinner Interlude Savour a lovingly prepared meal, to recharge your energy, with vegan and gluten free options on request. • Tea Ceremony & Guided Meditation Sip ritual tea in an intimate ceremony, then drift into a calming meditation to align your spirit for the evening’s fire rite. • Fire Ceremony & Drumming Release what no longer serves you into the blaze, drum with wild abandon, and close the circle under the stars. • Moonlight Margaritas & Farewell Raise a toast with margaritas (and mocktails), dance by star light, and carry your new magic into the night. Your ticket includes all materials, dinner, refreshments, immersive workshops, the fire ritual and 'midnight margaritas'. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Payment & Confirmation o Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. o You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket and event details once payment is processed. 2. No Cancellations or Refunds o All sales are final. o We do not offer cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. 3. Ticket Transfers o If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the event start time. o To transfer a ticket, please notify us by email at least 48 hours before the event, providing the new attendee’s full name and contact details. o We will update the booking and send you a revised confirmation. 4. Event Changes & Postponements o In the unlikely event that we need to change the event date, time, or venue, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to transfer your ticket to the new date. o If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your ticket to another person under the same transfer terms above. 5. Liability & Conduct o The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry for anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner. o Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. 6. Photography & Social Media o We may take photos or videos during the event for promotional use. By attending, you consent to being included. 7. Accessibility & Special Requirements o If you have any access needs or dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking so we can accommodate you.
