Shamanic Energy Balancing is a gentle, spiritual healing practice that works with your personal energy field. The intention is to release heaviness, restore flow, and support harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. 

During your treatment I will use herbs, smoke cleansing, a rattle, or a drum to help shift and move energy. All work is done respectfully and at your pace. This is a complementary and spiritual practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health support. 

You can expect a calm and peaceful environment. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or emotional release. Others feel relaxed, grounded, or lighter afterward. Every experience is unique.

  • Sessions last an hour 

  • A warm welcome and brief check-in 

  • Grounding or intention-setting together 

  • Energetic assessment 

  • Laying face up on a massage couch or sitting in a chair 

  • Use of tools such as herb smoke, drum, rattle, feather, hands-off energy work 

  • Quiet integration period at the end 

  • A short conversation about how you’re feeling

  • Warmth, tingling, or coolness 

  • Lightness or emotional release 

  • A sense of calm or spaciousness

  • Some clients enjoy a single session 

  • Others prefer a short series of 3 sessions 

  • Some return seasonally or monthly
