Join us for an enchanting evening! This in-person event will take place in the upstairs room (there is a lift) of, The Family centre, 8 Burford Road, Carterton.

Embrace the wisdom of age as we gather together to celebrate life's journey. Connect with like-minded souls, share stories, and explore the magic of embracing our full potential.

This month we will be led through a beautiful relaxing guided mediation.

We will have a discussion in the shaing circle over warm drinks about a group led point of interest. Last session we discuss, the pressure of media on the female body and how our aging bodies are affected by the stigma of these beauty standards.

This month’s creative workshop we will blend aromatherapy oils to create an individual grounding room spray, whilst learning about the healing effects of the individual oils
